Deliveries
What are the shipping costs and delivery times, depending on the choice of carriers?
In ascending order, delivery costs in France are €4.50 for Colissimo Mondial Relais (3 to 5 working days), €5.50 for Colissimo (2 to 3 working days) and €10 for Chronopost (express delivery 1 to 2 working days).
What should I do if I've entered the wrong delivery address when ordering?

The delivery address can only be changed 2 hours after the order has been placed.
Does Blue Skincare deliver abroad?
We can deliver anywhere in Europe, but not yet internationally.
Our delivery rates in Europe are as follows (in ascending order):
7.50€ Mondial Relais (3 to 5 working days) and 11€ Chronopost International Classic (3 to 4 working days)
Returns and refunds
What is Blue Skincare's returns policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of receipt of your order. The product must be intact, unopened and in its original packaging. You must enclose the product, the order number and your contact details.

What is Blue Skincare's exchange policy?
Exchanges are not accepted unless your product has been damaged in transit: broken glass jar, pierced tube or aluminum bottle, etc.
In order to benefit from an exchange with the return of the product at Blue Skincare's expense, one or more quality photographs visibly attesting to the damage must be attached to your letter to the following address: contact@blue-skincare.com
What happens to products returned to you?
If they have not been damaged on return, they are returned to stock.
Otherwise, they are given away.

How can I cancel my order?
Nothing could be simpler: you have 2 hours from the date of the actual order (an order confirmation e-mail) to change your mind and cancel your order. Please write to us at the following address: contact@blue-skincare.com

Where are Blue Skincare products made?
All Blue Skincare products are Made in France. They are formulated, manufactured and packaged in France.
Are the ingredients of natural origin?
All Blue Skincare products contain between 90% and 99% ingredients of natural origin (please refer to the product sheets on the website), with the exception of the Food Supplement.
Are the products certified organic?
No, the Blue skincare brand is not certified organic under the Ecocert label. However, we have included organic ingredients in all our formulas, whenever possible.
Are our products vegan?

Can packaging be recycled?
Yes, all our packaging is recyclable. Please follow the sorting instructions to ensure quality recycling.
How do I store Blue Skincare products?
We advise you to store your cosmetics at room temperature, away from light.
Are your products suitable for pregnant women?
Yes, our products are suitable for pregnant and breastfeeding women. Blue Skincare products contain no controversial ingredients, and are Clean, with a Yuka score of 100/100.
Are the products tested on sensitive or reactive skin?
Yes, all our products have been dermatologically tested on both sensitive and normal skin.
