In ascending order, the delivery costs for France are €4.50 for Colissimo Mondial Relais (3 to 5 working days), €5.50 for Colissimo (2 to 3 working days) and €10 for Chronopost (express delivery 1 to 2 working days).

Returns and Refunds
Quelle est la politique de retours de Blue Skincare ?
We accept the return of your order within 14 days from the date of receipt of your order. The return is your responsibility.
The product must be intact, unopened and in its original packaging. You must attach to your shipment the product, the number of the order concerned by the return and your contact details.

We do not accept exchanges, unless your product has been damaged during transport: broken glass jar, pierced aluminum tube or bottle.
To be able to benefit from an exchange with return of the product at the expense of Blue Skincare, one or more quality photographs visibly attesting to the damage must be attached to your letter, to the following address: contact@blue-skincare.com

Yes, all Blue Skincare products are made from 90% to 99% naturally derived ingredients—with the exception of our Food Supplement, which requires additional ingredients to be effective.
Each formula is designed to be as clean and effective as possible, without compromising on sensoriality or results.
You can find the exact percentage of ingredients of natural origin on each product sheet, in complete transparency.
Est-ce que les produits sont certifiés bio ?
No, Blue Skincare is not certified organic according to the Ecocert label.
Our priority is to create effective, sensorial and well-tolerated skincare products, by carefully selecting each ingredient.
When possible, we incorporate ingredients from organic farming into our formulas, but without limiting ourselves to the sometimes rigid constraints of a label.

No, our products are not certified vegan.
That said, Bionacre contains no traces of live animals : it is an organo-mineral ingredient, composed of 97% calcium carbonate. It is completely inert and poses no risk to people allergic to fish or shellfish .
At Blue Skincare, we select only rare, powerful, and well-tolerated ingredients with proven efficacy and rigorously controlled origins. Our priority: to offer safe, high-performance skincare that is always respectful of both skin and the environment.

To preserve all the properties of our products, we advise you to store them at room temperature, away from direct light and humidity.
Each Blue Skincare product features a small pictogram of an open jar, followed by a number of months (e.g., 12M). This indicates how long the product can be safely used after opening. Generally, our products have a shelf life of 12 months .
Avoid storing them near a heat source or in a room that is too exposed to the sun (such as a very hot bathroom in summer).
Thus, your products will retain all their effectiveness, texture and sensory qualities, down to the last drop.

Yes, all our products are tested under dermatological control, including on sensitive skin.
Our formulas have been specifically evaluated for their skin tolerance, to be suitable for both reactive and normal skin.

Est-ce que vos produits conviennent aux femmes enceintes ?
Yes, all of our Blue Skincare products are safe to use during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
Our formulas contain no controversial ingredients or ingredients not recommended for pregnant women. They are clean, gentle, and rigorously tested.
Our products have an “Excellent” score on Yuka.
