- And on the other hand, any person who has made a purchase on the https://www.blue-skincare.com/ website, hereinafter referred to as "the Customer".

Article 1: Buyer's capacity
The Customer who buys on the Site declares that he/she is legally capable of committing himself/herself under the present terms and conditions of sale.
Article 2 : Prices
All prices shown on the Site are inclusive of all taxes. Product prices are indicated in euros. BLUE SKINCARE reserves the right to modify its prices without notice and the prices applied to the Customer correspond to those displayed on the Site at the time of the order. The goods remain the full property of BLUE SKINCARE until receipt of the total amount due, paid by the Customer.
Article 3: Presentation of items
BLUE SKINCARE strives to present and describe its products as accurately as possible.
The products sold by BLUE SKINCARE comply with the provisions of French law and the European cosmetics regulations in force relating to the health and safety of persons, the fairness of commercial transactions and consumer protection at the time they are placed on the market.
Article 4 : Order
The order is validated once payment has been accepted by BLUE SKINCARE.
BLUE SKINCARE reserves the right to refuse an order if the Customer has a previous dispute with BLUE SKINCARE or if BLUE SKINCARE considers that the Customer involves a risk of non-payment. If necessary, BLUE SKINCARE reserves the right to request additional information from the Customer, such as proof of identity or address. In the absence of a response from the Customer within 5 days of the order, the order and payment will be systematically cancelled.
BLUE SKINCARE is committed to fulfilling all orders received, while stocks last.
- Orders placed before 12pm (noon) are dispatched the same day.
- Orders placed after 12pm will be dispatched the following morning.
- Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday are dispatched the following Monday.
- Orders placed on public holidays are dispatched on the next working day.
The customer has a period of 14 days from the date of receipt of the order to retract it. An e-mail confirming delivery is automatically sent to the customer and serves as proof of delivery. To cancel an order, the customer must send an e-mail to the following address: contact@blue-skincare.com. The subject of the e-mail must be clearly stated as follows: "Order cancellation", expressly stating the order number.
Article 5 : Delivery
1. In Metropolitan France
The Customer can choose between several delivery methods, listed below in ascending order of shipping costs:
- 4.50€ for Colissimo Mondial Relais (delivery in 3 to 5 working days)
- 5.50€ for Colissimo (delivery in 2 to 3 working days)
- 10.00€ for Colissimo (express delivery 1 to 2 working days).
2. Outside mainland France
Delivery outside mainland France is handled by Colissimo International.
All deliveries to French overseas departments and territories or to foreign countries are systematically handled as international deliveries, according to the postal rates in force on the day the order is placed. Outside the European Union, customs or import taxes may be added to the price of our products and remain the responsibility of the customer. It is therefore the customer's responsibility to check with his local customs office for the amount of these taxes. Shipping costs are at the customer's expense and vary according to destination.
3. Late delivery
In the event of a delay in delivery of more than 5 working days, the Customer may inform BLUE SKINCARE Customer Service at the following e-mail address: contact@blue-skincare.com. Customer Service will do everything in its power to resolve the problem.
4. Conformity of the order received
The Customer undertakes to check that the order is in conformity at the time of delivery. If the contents of the parcel do not conform (damaged products), the Customer must send a complaint to BLUE SKINCARE attesting to this non-conformity on their honour, with one or more photographs attached to their e-mail: contact@blue-skincare.com.
The complaint will be processed as soon as possible and may result in the damaged product(s) being returned to BLUE SKINCARE at the latter's expense.
Products are considered damaged in the following cases:
Glass jar or bottle broken, leaking during transport
Aluminum tube or bottle pierced, leaking in transit
Any claim of damaged product without proof (photos must be attached) will not be processed.
5. Transfer of ownership
From the delivery date indicated on the order form, ownership of the product is transferred to the Customer.
Article 6 : Payment
1. Payment methods
Once the order has been validated, the Customer accepts all the terms and conditions of sale.
The customer can choose between several methods of payment for his order on the blue-skincare.com website:
- Credit card (CB Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
- Express payment (Apple Pay or Paypal) via the secure payment platform Stripe or Shopify Payment
2. Secure payment
The customer's order may be subject to 3D Secure verification, an authentication payment system that encrypts the transmission of bank details, via the payment platform's electronic payment server.
BLUE SKINCARE entrusts the security of its transactions to the service provider Stripe or Shopify Payment. At no time will the consumer's bank details pass through BLUE SKINCARE's computer system.
3. Verified payment
In the event of abusive practices or fraudulent appearances, BLUE SKINCARE reserves the right to carry out checks and to request certain information concerning the Customer, in order to validate the order.
Article 7: Privacy policy
All personal data communicated by the Customer on the blue-skincare.com website is processed for the purpose of preparing and delivering orders and suggesting products adapted to the Customer's needs. This data is used exclusively by BLUE SKINCARE.
For all information relating to the processing of personal data, the Customer may refer to BLUE SKINCARE's Privacy Policy.
Article 8: Returns and right of withdrawal
For all purchases on the blue-skincare.com website, the customer has a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of receipt of the order. Return shipping is at the customer's expense.
Return conditions :
- Before any return shipment, the customer must inform BLUE SKINCARE of his/her desire to cancel the order at the following address: contact@blue-skincare.com. The subject of the e-mail must be clearly stated as follows: "Order cancellation", expressly notifying the order number.
- Products must be intact, unopened and in their original packaging.
- Customers must enclose their contact details, the full contents of their parcel and the number of the order concerned by the return, to the following address:

- The customer must choose a method of transport with a tracking number, otherwise BLUE SKINCARE will not be able to accept the return.
BLUE SKINCARE will reimburse the Customer as soon as possible, using the same means of payment used for the initial transaction.
Non-refundable delivery charges:
Delivery charges will not be refunded if the order is not collected. These costs cover packaging, preparation and attempted delivery.
