Refund policy
The product must be intact, unopened and in its original packaging. The customer must enclose: the product, the number of the order concerned by the return and his/her contact details.
The customer must choose a method of transport with a tracking number, otherwise BLUE SKINCARE will not be able to accept the return or any claim.
BLUE SKINCARE will proceed with the refund using the same means of payment as that used for the initial transaction, unless the Customer expressly agrees to a different means and this refund does not incur any costs for the Customer.
Non-refundable delivery charges:
Delivery charges will not be refunded if the order is not collected. These costs cover packaging, preparation and attempted delivery.
