Deliveries
What are the delivery costs and times offered, depending on the choice of carriers?
In ascending order, the delivery costs for France are €4.50 for Colissimo Mondial Relais (3 to 5 working days), €5.50 for Colissimo (2 to 3 working days) and €10 for Chronopost (express delivery 1 to 2 working days).
What should I do if I enter the wrong delivery address when ordering?

The delivery address can only be changed 2 hours after the order.
Does Blue Skincare ship internationally?
We can deliver anywhere in Europe, but not yet internationally
Our delivery rates in Europe are as follows (in ascending order):
€7.50 Mondial Relais (3 to 5 working days) and €11 Chronopost International Classic (3 to 4 working days)
Returns and Refunds
What is Blue Skincare's return policy?
We accept the return of your order within 14 days from the date of receipt of your order. The return is your responsibility.
The product must be intact, unopened and in its original packaging. You must attach to your shipment the product, the number of the order concerned by the return and your contact details.

What is Blue Skincare's exchange policy?
We do not accept exchanges, unless your product has been damaged during transport: broken glass jar, pierced aluminum tube or bottle.
To be able to benefit from an exchange with return of the product at the expense of Blue Skincare, one or more quality photographs visibly attesting to the damage must be attached to your letter, to the following address: contact@blue-skincare.com
What happens to products returned to you?
If they were not damaged during the return, they are reinstated in stock.
Otherwise, they are given.

Nothing could be simpler: you have 2 hours from the actual order (an order confirmation email) to change your mind and cancel your order. Please write to us at the following address: contact@blue-skincare.com

Where are Blue Skincare products manufactured?
All Blue Skincare products are Made in France. They are formulated, manufactured and packaged in France.
Are the ingredients of natural origin?
Yes, all Blue Skincare products are made from 90% to 99% naturally derived ingredients—with the exception of our Food Supplement, which requires additional ingredients to be effective.
Each formula is designed to be as clean and effective as possible, without compromising on sensoriality or results.
You can find the exact percentage of ingredients of natural origin on each product sheet, in complete transparency.
Are the products certified organic?
No, the Blue skincare brand is not certified organic according to the Ecocert label. However, we have integrated organic ingredients into each of our formulas, whenever possible.
Are the products vegan?
No, our products are not vegan.
How to store Blue Skincare products?
We advise you to keep your cosmetic products at room temperature and away from light.
Are the products tested on sensitive or reactive skin?
Yes, all our products have been tested under dermatological control on sensitive skin, as well as on normal skin.
Are your products suitable for pregnant women?
Yes, all of our Blue Skincare products are safe to use during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
Our formulas contain no controversial ingredients or ingredients not recommended for pregnant women. They are clean, gentle, and rigorously tested.
Our products have an “Excellent” score on Yuka.
If in doubt, however, we recommend that you seek the advice of your healthcare professional.
Are the packaging recyclable?
Yes, all of our packaging is recyclable.
